And one of our favorite places to get Thai in Kingsport is Thai Noodle Town. Thai Noodle Town has options for all kinds of dietary preferences and tastes.

Thai Noodle Town makes all of their fresh and with love right in their kitchen, so you can rest easy knowing that their dishes are going to be made with the highest attention to quality. We love their Tom Yum Goong, which is a hot and sour soup made with shrimp, mushroom, coconut milk, and cilantro, resulting in a spicy dish with just a touch of sweetness. And we also love the Tom Kha Gai and Drunken Noodles!

Edo Sushi Bar and Grill

Over the last few years, sushi has become extremely popular all over the country, and for good reason! Sushi is jam-packed with a wide range of nutrients and vitamins that we need to feel strong and healthy throughout the day, and the flavors are like no others! Edo Sushi bar and Grill, located off of Jonathan Way, is an excellent spot to get top-shelf sushi here in town. And the owners are also the nicest people!

When you visit Edo Sushi Bar and Grill, you can get some Japanese appetizers like edamame and shumai or gyoza, and then continue on to the main dish: delicious sushi! We recommend the California Roll if it’s your first time having sushi, or you can try the Steve Roll. If you’re looking for something more exciting, try the Golden Roll, made with wasabi tobiko on shrimp tempura along with cream cheese and avocado. Yum!

China House

No list of Asian cuisine is complete without a quality Chinese buffet where you can eat your fill of dumplings and noodles. And China House is one of our favorite buffets, offering the best traditional Chinese dishes. We especially like the wonton egg drop mixed soup, beef chop suey, roast pork lo mein, and the vegetable lo mein. But make sure you don’t leave without having the sweet and sour shrimp!
