Trim Levels (Exterior)
Toyota's 2025 RAV4 has four trims — the LE, XLE, XLE Premium, and Limited. All have LED projector high-beam headlights, dual chrome-tipped exhaust, and a color-matched roof-mounted shark-fin antenna. The base LE has 17-inch steel wheels, while the XLE gets 17-inch alloys.
XLE Premium and Limited models have 19-inch wheels. The Limited adds a hexagon-pattern front grille, kick-activated power liftgate, and glass roof with moonroof. LED fog lights appear on XLE Premium and Limited variants, while black roof rails are standard on XLE and higher trims.
Engine (Power)
Under the hood is a 2.5-liter Dynamic Force four-cylinder engine that delivers 203 horsepower and 184 pound-feet of torque. This motor teams up with an eight-speed automatic transmission, while the vehicle also has an available Dynamic Torque Vectoring all-wheel-drive system with Multi-Terrain Select.
Performance
The RAV4 hits 60 mph in 8.3 seconds. With 8.6 inches of ground clearance, it handles smooth roads and rough trails confidently. Its 1,500-pound towing capacity works well for small boats or camping trailers. Three drive modes come as standard — SPORT for quicker response, ECO for better fuel economy, and NORMAL for everyday driving. All-wheel-drive models add Multi-Terrain Select with MUD & SAND, ROCK & DIRT, SNOW, and NORMAL settings. Interior
The RAV4 fits five passengers, with smart cargo space of 37.6 cubic feet behind the seats and 69.8 cubic feet with them folded. LE and XLE trims have fabric seats, while XLE Premium and Limited get SofTex upholstery that stands up to dirt and cleans easily.

Safety Features
All models have Toyota Safety Sense 2.5 with Pre-Collision System with Pedestrian Detection, Lane Departure Alert with Steering Assist, and Lane Tracing Assist. You'll also get Full-Speed Range Dynamic Radar Cruise Control that works in traffic jams.
XLE and higher trims add blind-spot monitoring for safer lane changes. The Limited model has front and rear parking assist with automatic braking and a 360-degree panoramic view monitor for tight spaces. Each variant also includes automatic high beams that adjust to oncoming traffic and traffic sign recognition to help you spot speed limits.
