Engine (Power)

Power flows through a continuously variable transmission, delivering a smooth ride and seamless acceleration. Front-wheel drive is standard, but the LE and SE are available with all-wheel drive.
AWD models gain a third electric motor to power the back wheels. It's the best of both worlds – you keep the great gas mileage while gaining extra traction when roads turn sketchy. All models offer Normal and Eco driving modes, and the SE adds a Sport setting for enhanced throttle response.
Performance
AWD Corolla Hybrids accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 9 seconds, while FWD models take 9.7 seconds. All versions top out at 107 mph — plenty for highway driving. The SE's sport-tuned suspension and refined steering create a more connected feel through corners. Toyota's Electronic On-Demand AWD activates automatically on LE and SE models equipped with this system when needed.
Interior
The 2025 Corolla Hybrid feels surprisingly roomy. It fits five adults comfortably, with 42 inches of front legroom and 34.8 inches in back. The trunk offers 13.1 cubic feet of cargo space. LE and SE trim levels feature an 8-inch Toyota Audio Multimedia touchscreen, while XLE and SE with Premium package upgrade to a 10.5-inch display.
