Two trim levels are offered, namely the SE and the XSE. The Corolla hatchback is powered by a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that pairs with a continuously variable transmission and produces 169 horsepower and 151 pound-feet of torque. An optional six-speed manual transmission is available with the XSE trim. Front-wheel drive comes standard.
